Classic and Vintage Bicycles: What's it Worth? Appraisals and Inquiries - Merckx Corsa Extra Team Telekom

Could anyone help me determine the rough 'market' price for the Merckx Corsa Extra Team Telekom frameset pictured below? I haven't seen it in person, though it is clear from the pictures that while not terrible, it shows signs of wear, particularly on the stays. Care to venture what you think would be a 'fair' price for such a frameset? And if you are one who prefers not to quote numbers in public I'd welcome your thoughts in a PM.

... and thanks Bianchigirl. I agree with you - I don't have a ton of experience with them, but of the what I've seen I like this team paint scheme best of the lot, though the team Motorola colors also look great to me.

Does anyone have experience with whether these frames tend to ride large or small relative to their c-t-c seat post length? I tend to get sized as a 57cm for a compact racing setup (a good bit of seatpost showing, 2 inch drop from saddle height to bars), but I have been feeling more comfortable and relaxed on a 58cm. Given this is being sold as a frameset it is tough for me to determine how it will feel to ride it and it is a big investment to make if I'm not pretty sure it will fit comfortably.

I agree...as mentioned in a different thread I sold a Merckx Century frameset in Kelme colors for $475+/- plus shipping earlier in the season.
