Hey guys just wanted to ask a quick question about selling one of my bikes. I hate to have to do this, but at the time I could really use some extra cash and i don't really ride this one that much. I just wanted to know if I am realistically asking to much for my bike. I just finished building it and it's in 100% brand new condition. Please let me know..

Hate to tell you but your first mistake was building an expensive bike that you are never going to ride.

Are you asking too much? After taking a quick look at your build list, Id say what you are asking is fair, if not a tad high. HOWEVER, finding someone in the position of buying a custom built bike by you (meaning your ideas and the parts you picked) is very slim.

Solutions-

Ride the bike and enjoy the amount of money you put into it.

Take a loss and lower your price to a competitive point where it will be very easy to sell.

That's a nice bike.

I know your listing says you don't want to, but you'll probably make more money faster by parting it out. Even though that build is quality and there's nothing on it anyone should find objectionable (IMHO), your still limiting your buyers to 58cm riders with ~$1k in their pockets to blow. Most people interested in bikes of that caliber tend to pick their parts and build themselves.

How many rides/miles is used ? The bike is new from the pics I see, a custom build. Does the LBS do consignment sales ? A nice commission and someone may have incentive to sell it quicker ?

Like drewforty said, as a general rule, parting it out will make you more money. Your dream build does not usually equal everybody's dream build, but the individual parts by themselves are probably part of somebody's dream build. Plus people will spend smaller amounts over time to build something up and not have to shell out the whole $1K plus price tag. FWIW, I think it is worth your asking price.
