Just bought a planet bike super flash. This is my 2nd one in 2 months. I lost my last one because I was riding with it clipped onto my belt loop and it flew off at some point during a ride. Also got annoyed with having to tuck in my shell to keep visibility going.

What's another good way to mount this **** other than belt loop or attaching it to my bike? There's nowhere on my Chrome Citizen to mount it..

How do ya'll do it?

Thanks

I just clip it upside down to the bottom of my sf fixie njs messenger bag flap (if I'm wearing one). I've never had one come off.

Just hold it facing backwards and ride one-handed.

Keeps the bike aesthetically clean, don't want people to think you are a fred by using the seatpost mount.

love this photo. i know it makes me look a little weird, but you try manually focusing a self portrait.

Really, man? Did you need a thread to ask where to put your light?

Put it on your helmet, bag, belt, butt, or your bike.

dude you can mount them on a chrome citizen. put it sideways thru the strap for the female part of the flap buckle. right above the buckle. thru the loop. They wont fall off.

Why not attach it to the bike? Both the included mounts (seat post and seat stay mounts) are pretty secure.

+1. Have yet to loose mine while using the included mount.

I mount mine in the spot that's made for it, since Bailey Works provides one..

I don't understand. What is the point of taking a picture if there isn't going to be bokeh?

I mean, if I want to LOOK at something without it being BLURRY, I'll just LOOK at it.

I bet you are one of those dudes who likes black and white photos, "Because they are so deep."

OP, I put my Superflash on the seatpost holder thing and then put the whole thing on my seatpost. (Instead of mounting the holder on the seatpost and attaching the light afterwards.)

I mounted it high enough so that if you try to take the Superflash out of the holder, it hits the bottom of the seat (and thus won't come off). Bump-proof light! :thumb:

I don't have any pictures of it presently, so I drew on a random one from Google:

You'd want to mount it higher than this guy's, so it can't fall off. Or get stolen either, unless the thief has an allen key to remove the whole setup. But then he'd probably be stealing other stuff too . . .
