Training & Nutrition - Videos to train by? (preferably free)

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I just bought a trainer for winter training on my road bike. I would like to train by watching videos of bike paths, roads, highways, rails to trails, etc. Things like single shot helmet cams would even be accpetable.

I'd like tp find some videos that are preferably free, available on the net or at the library, etc.

I've tried both a Google search and a YouTube search but I've not found anything (other than mountain bike videos).

Is there anything out there like this for road bikes? Where should I be looking?

thanks!

1. public library for spinning or "coach troy" videos.
2. borrow some from your local cycling club. Surely someone will let you borrow a couple.
