That sucks! I just found out I'm likely going to miss it as well. Ordered replacement windows for the house a while back. They are finally in, and the company is available to install them that very weekend. If we put if off, who knows when the next available date might be, so it's best to just let them do it right off.

This ride is a very great time. The rest stops are some of the best I've ever witnessed. I hope you can come up with some kind of bike, and go have a great time. If not, keep an eye open for next years...

Might have to wait till next year. I was hit by a car a few weeks ago, my wrist is still in a lot of pain.

Angry I can't make it  The weather looks like it's going to be wonderful.

The contractor will be here tomorrow with the replacement windows. I have some drywall sanding, and painting to complete. Looks like Sunday will be put the house back in order day...

Have fun out there, and enjoy those great rest stops!!! I may have to hit the local IHOP for some chocolate chip pancakes Sunday morning.

great ride today, 406 riders and great weather. If you were in attendence and did the 65 mile route, I was the guy making the pancakes at the first rest stop.

Great ride...thanks for the pancakes Dan! The consensus among the guys I rode from Mill Hollow to Milan with was that, without your pancakes the headwind might have won! (there were times I was taking pulls at like 12mph  )

Even the older feller on the high wheeler agreed....poor guy was like a parachute up there! When I passed him I said "man I feel like a wussy now" to which he replied "but you are going faster than me". I said "maybe, but you're doing it in hardcore style!" :D

See any of the Case guys? I know at least 5 went.

Still upset that I missed this.

Thanks Chip and your welcome, I enjoy making the cakes for everyone! After we closed up the reststop me and Tina got out the bikes and rode to Wakeman, so I feel your pain, the wind was nasty, but when you did get it behind you it was fun! Tell Cheri me and the misses say HI!!

I;ve run into a group from my club, the Ann Arbor Bicycle Touring Society, that did Red Flannel this year, but I couldn't make it - you all got good reports!
