so, i bought a used kilo tt from a friend, great bike, love the upgrades he did to it...he stickered the hell out of the bike...i want to remove some of them as well as some of the mercier stickers...is there a good way of doing this, other than just ripping the stickers off? i dont' want to **** up the paint...yeah, total noob or dumbass question

Goo-Gone and a credit card or guitar pick. As for the Mercier decals, they're under the clear coat so no dice.

methylethylketone - I had some extra and they cleaned up good on metal.
I think there was another similar thread earlier. Acetone might also work.

Start with a hair dryer and try to peel up what you can. Then use the chemicals listed above to remove the glue.

remove stickers, grab a rattle can, and viola! instant new bike.
