I'm guessing yes you can. But why?
From what I can tell from the pic, the new shock would cost more than that whole bike.
What kind of bike is it?
You just need to remove the shock and measure the eye to eye length of the shock. I'm guessing about 6.5", and then just buy a new shock with the same eye to eye length. Figure on spending $250 to $400 for a good one!

Is this design of a frame stronger than a standard y frame? lol dont laugh at it its my low budget must get a bike quick bike.
Ok but figure $200 for that POS, plus a $400 shock and you are well on your way to a decent ride.
That or you could just buy a decent bike.....
