Hi, I'm thinking of a buying a larger frame , can i swap the parts off a 58cm and put them on a 60cm. as far as i can tell everything is standard,
i would also have to go to a local bike shop to have it done, is this worth the money? i do think a 60cm would fit me better

The parts would mostly be a straight-across exchange. Only you can tell if it's worth the money. Get an estimate and decide.
