I smacked the crank arms soo hard..several times..its a loose ball bb, really old.
The grinding sound returned, right near the bb ( my bikes very quiet).
HOT DAMN!!! :) It's just the freakin' chain tensioner edge rubbing the chain. No problem.
I'm soo happy. :D
So maybe I will go spin my wheels today!

Resistance is futile, the metal will bend, crappy tensioner, who designed this junk?
