It was, at the time, Raleigh's second most expensive bicycle. Yours appears to have original seat, original grips, original tires, original carryall . The Carryall is probably skanky, but save it if you can, they're very hard to find. The rack has a spring-loaded bolt that holds the carryall down; pull back on a spring and lift the carryall by its strap, and you're on your way.
