Bicycle Mechanics - final wheel tension

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

As reported elsewhere on the forum I built my first 2 wheels and they came out great. However I checked tension today and it seems that tension is reduced following the addition of the tire at 100 psi. Before I put on the tire, average tension was an acceptable 107 rear drive side and about 90 front. Now rear is like 100 and front like 85.Should I increase tension or call it a day?
The final tension, true and dish should be done with the tires at full riding pressure.
Rear wheel dish will be effected some due to the asymmetry of the flanges.
