Oh, how the mighty have fallen! From a summer max. ride of 400k down to 2 miles inside on my rollers.

But, the good news is that it's a start! Finally back on the bike after a rough summer brevet series and my associated surgery, and even though it's only 2 miles, I'm glad to be riding again.
I'm gonna ride another 2 miles tomorrow. :D

Did you time it? I'm reliably informed that it doesn't count otherwise. :-)

Seriously, welcome back! Welcome back to Awesome!

Welcome back!

I've never ridden rollers, but I understand it does require some skill.

Oh 2 miles you must be a noob rider. Let me just tell YOU WHAT you MUST do. Start out...blah blah blah.

Glad you are back on your bike. Maybe you can make 2.5 miles by hanging a piece of Halloween candy out infront of you as your carrot. :)

Finally, you can put all this silliness behind you. Ok sorry about that one.

Surgery will do that to you, so climb back onto those rollers and do it again, today.

I lost most of October due to moving, got one bike set up on the trainer, in the man cave, it's not a true man cave, no TV, but it does have a computer and a bike on a trainer, so I'm happy with it until spring. I should point the bike toward the computer screen and ride to some of Beanz' videos....

Good to hear you're back at it. Don't be in a rush and do too much too soon.
