Can anyone identify which model Rotrax this is?
The story goes like this - I was given this old frame in really ratty condition (thick layers of hand-painting etc) and took it to the Rotrax shop in Shirley to see if I could find out anything about it. The old guy behind the counter was less than welcoming until I showed him the frame and asked him whether it was worth restoring. He looked at it and warmed up considerably, "Oh yes that's a Rotrax ______ from 1953" and can I remember what model it was; can I heck.
To be fair, this was back in the 90's and my memory's not what it was.
The upshot was I got it restored by Rotrax and it hung in my shed for years until I built it up in about 2006 just to see what it was like to ride.
So, anyone out there have a clue?176478176479
