my fiancee bought me a Rapha Winter jersey.
construction and fabric are great.
it was super warm this AM; i wore it with a long sleeve underarmor baselayer in 38 degree weather and might have been a tad too warm...until i stopped for 5 minutes and the sweat turned cold.
it's worth noting that these are very form fitting, especially around the waist/hips.
i'm 6'1'', 170lbs and a large fits me perfectly everywhere except for the hips, where it just barely gets around my "apparently huge" pelvis.
