I have in my garage an 80's Raliegh Capri, Raliegh 410 steel, it had 26" wheels, quill stem that's going to be a project bike....is it safe to assume it uses a 1" headset? The reason I ask is that I want to go by an LBS that's having a big sale on the way home and it could use a new headset.
