The cane creeks and tektros are (like many of their products). I can't speak to the nashbars.

Tektro is the worlds biggest producer of brakes, therefor a lot of other companies pay Tektro to make their brake at the Tektro factory.
Other companies just sits with a Tektro catalogue and picks out a brakes to put their name on.

AFAIK Cane Creeks are rebadged Tektros but come with nicer pads.

You see re-branded Tektro stuff all over the place, I'm almost certain that's what those Nashbar brakes are.
