Hi all. I'm trying to post an ad in the touring classifieds to sell some Ortlieb panniers, but keep getting a message saying I don't have permissions to do so. What am I doing wrong? I'm signed-in. Do I need an upgraded membership or something? I checked the FAQs but didn't see an answer.
