I have a chance to pick up a 1991 Trek 520 in absolutly PRISTINE condition for $220.00 the bike has been stored and was maybe used a couple of times, if this bike has more than 100 miles on it I'd be shocked. So, should I buy it?

Yeah, it's a good price for that bike. I'm not as in love with 520's as a lot of people seem to be, but it sounds like it's still a good deal.

Does it fit you or are you trying to flip it?

If it's a good fit I'll keep it, but if not I'd try to sell it. The guy said the frame measured 20" but I'm going to check it out again tomorrow. I've never seen a bike this old in this condition EVER.....

Should be worth quite a bit more than $200

No pittfalls regarding dead Suntour indexing, or heliomatic hub. Sounds too good to be true.

Not sure what you are saying???? That is the exact bike, should I get it even if it's too small.

Depends if you want to mess around with flipping a bike: creating and posting an ad, talking to prospective buyers, etc. Flipping is not for everyone. In a good market, ready to ride, you should be able to get around $400 for it.

Earlier 520s had the helicomatic hub (undesirable) and sometimes finicky Suntour indexed shifting. You are well past that era.
