This Moulton is on ebay. I've always wanted one of these. Its a couple hours drve from my house, so I could save the shipping cost.

Where would you find a replacemet fork? Could you ride it safely if it was straightened?

Does this have a huge steerer tube?, or is something joined together at the front suspension/ I have no idea on these things.

This Moulton is made in England, not by Dave Moulton. Post this on the folding bike forum where it is a well known marquee.

I wouldn't worry about having the fork bent back.
