CTS for most parts uses pre fab workouts! atlest there cheaper price ones are. i was gonna use them then decided to get a local coach, he gave me my AT test wich is better then the field test CTS wants you to do.

They are in the process of changing the software so that you can modify the "pre-fab" stuff if you want. I already use it and have been happy with it. (I'm not a racer so I don't need a local coach per say). I'm more interested to see if others who are using it and who are staying even with the alteration in the software, have been having the same problems. Or if it's just one of those "just me" kind of things. :)
