I don't know. Are you a good person or a bad person? :)
Anyway, welcome to the lunatic asylum.
Where is your pie and what flavor do you like?

Well, considering that the alternative is that you would be dead. I guess we'll categorize it as a good thing. :thumb:
Welcome. Did you bring us pie?
Tell us about your bowel habits.
Please don't.
Tell us about your ride(s), and what will be +1.

OK, no pie but definitely birthday german chocolate cake.
Did a double up cyclocross race over the weekend to celebrate, and survived.
And yes, the doctor is trying to get me to do an up periscope but since there is no family history, I'm thinking of doing the virtual version? (Is that close enough to bowel movements?)

The colonoscopy is a very good idea, despite having no family history. It's the pre-cleansing that's a bit rough, but you'll get through that, too. Make sure you have a driver to bring you home, as the drugs will whack you out for a few hours. PG
Welcome abroad ColorChange. As an aside, did you do the spring ride out of New Glarus a couple of years ago with the Chicago group? As another aside, the problem with the virtual version-if they see something you will need to redo the prep.

Yes. It can be both. Depends a whole lot on your attitude and outlook on life.

I will put together a portfolio of my bike stable. Give me a few days/week. Cervelo SLC-SL (road), Cervelo P3C (tt), Specialized S-Works Tricross Carbon (cross), plus others.

OK - but not good enough. What about the pie? German Chocolate cake doesn't quite hack it.

Well it should also coincide with things like a colonscopy and other general medical check up. Don't delay, its like your original question, good thing/bad thing. But its a real thing.
Admission to this distinguished group is definitely a plus! But the 50+ jersey orders "I THINK" just closed a few days ago. Next spring you can order one of these speed enhancing and "all the rage" bike jerseys. Keep watching for more.:thumb::)
Welcome to the forum. Now you get to be just like us.:innocent:

I procrastinated till 60. The drugs are good. (No.....not the laxatives.)
Went for a bike ride six hours after I got home.

BTW, one unexpected benefit of this site is that we attract all the babes.
Virtual colonoscopy gives you a jolt of radiation and if they see something then you will have to go through the prep twice. So skip it.

Yeah, but with the radiation comes the chance of developing a Super Power of some sort.

I got an AARP card in the mail last night (even though I'm just 31). Does that make me eligible for your club? Actually, AARP has been sending me cards and literature since I was probably 25 or so. I think it has something to do with me having the same name as my grandfather even though he died 24 years before I was born and I have never lived in any town that he lived in.

You say you are your own grandfather? You are welcome here, then.
I'd recommend the psyllium caps to add some fiber to your system.
