I have been using a Topeak seat bag for our tandem. It works well is very stable and has a nipple and strap system on the bottom that holds a mini pump. I like this feature alot so I was dismayed when I lost the little nipple that holds the pump on somewhere on the Katy Trail in MO.

I was delighted however with the support I received from Topeak. I sent them an email about my lost nipple and less than 5 days later I received a new one in the mail.

Just thought I would pass this info on about a company that actually is trying to do things the right way.
