Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. What are your rides like, hard, slow, anyhills? theres no need for vitamins, a good diet provids what you need.........unless you wanna piss money down the toilet.

"Am I training too much?"
What does your body say to that question? Sounds like a silly response, but, truly, that is what is important.
Listen to your body.
Yes, you can train too much - but it is hard to know about your situation. Are you pushing real hard or just riding to relax? There are folks who commute by bicycle 30-40 miles per day, every day, with no problem. I did htat for awhile, and was fine. But, if you are not used to it, or if it is a "all of a sudden" big increase, then it is not all right.
Besides exercise, the single most important things for your body are rest and proper nutrition.
So, ask your body how it is doing. It will tell you!

I feel that when I do a really had weekend ride of 30-50 miles I need more than one day off. If my muscles are really sore I'll wait until tuesday or so before I go back at it. If you are just out riding but not training hard you might not be training hard enough.
On the vitamins. I take a multi that contains a lot of stuff. I think it makes me feel better when I remember to take them.

Isn't that is what was believe to add to the cause of Lances cancer? Seems like I read that in his book.
If you are asking me, I don't know.
Hire a coach and see a nutritionist.
