I came across a tri spoke specialized wheel set I am selling, I want to make sure I am giving correct information, can someone explain what this means ( tubular or clincher ) I think clincher are regular tubed tires? am I correct? these wheels had 700 -23c tires and tubes on them

what are tubular wheels? Thanks.

yes if that had a tire and tube it is a "clincher" if the tire had been glued on then it would be a "tubular" or sewup

nice wheel. I can't see enough detail in the pic to determine what it is but from your discription it would be a clincher
