Has anybody been able to replace the spring in an eggbeater pedal? The end of my spring snapped off, but the rest of the pedal is still fine. It's out of warranty, but I'm hoping there's a way to order a replacement spring and install it, rather than buying a whole new pedal.
It's a 2008 Eggbeater "C" pedal.
Thanks for any help.

I accidentally got the body of my of my eggbeaters apart once while rebuilding them, which would have let me replace the spring. It took me almost an hour to get everything lined up to get them back together. I suspect CB will not sell you just a spring as they claim that the body and spring assembly is not a user serviceable part. Did you ask CB how much they would charge to fix it?
