Just bought a bike in that I'm gonna refurb and it's stickered up as an Alpina. It a steel road frame, nice braze ons and details. Came in with original shifters and mechs, all Suntour 7, 6 speed freewheel and friction shifters. The bike was originally bought in South Africa in 1987 for 700 rand, fairly expensive back then I believe.
The only info that I've found is that it might be French? Chainset is Stronglight, looks like the same quality as the Suntour bits, mid range. I can supply photos if anyone needs them, any ideas?
