I have a '73 Raleigh Comp Carlton frameset I want to set up as a not-so-serious CX bike. Obviously no cantilever bosses, so I'll be running the original Weinmann 610 front/750 rear centerpull brakes which look to afford a considerable amount of clearance. Anybody (Kirk?) know how big of a 700c clincher CX tire I can stuff onto this frame? I'm guessing 700cx35 is a cinch, can I go larger?
