This basically makes a lot of erroneous summaries of our laws and presents them like they are verbatim quotes (ride right unless a lane is too narrow for a bicycle. Do I need to say more?)

Can you explain how they differ?

I am not trying to seem like I have mush for brains. Because, I did notice a big difference between what it says in the traffic code and, what it says in the Drivers Handbook. When I compared them earlier this year.

Some of the first link errors: mandatory shoulder use - now gone, requiring a front wheel to skid - now gone, cyclists always prohibited on toll facilities - now gone, mandatory bell - now gone. Missing: cyclists right-of-way in bike lanes and shoulders.

Some of the second link errors are: the summary of our 3' law is wrong on all exceptions, a lane too narrow to share is now a lane to narrow for a bicycle, left turn is now a justify turn and the optional red rear light is not mentioned.
