I just picked these bars up tonight. I'm leaning toward the Grand Prix model - but am not sure. They're 38 cm in width.

The stem looks to be a Record 84.

Did you check under the stem, I think these are stamped in the center of the bar clamp?

I did and there wasn't anything there. I found a similar looking set on Ebay that were Grand Prix - only that one had some stickers on it. That doesn't mean much because the stickers can always be taken off.

They're not the Grand Prix. It had a separate, interference fit sleeve, like Cinelli. They should be either Competizione or Competizione Superleggera. 3ttt published various weights depending on the year, however you may still be able to tell the difference by weighing just the bar. The former had published weights of 275-360g while the latter was 240-250g.
