Tell them that you'll definitely take it, and make an appointment for tomorrow morning or lunch time.

I thought about it, but refrained. Garage full. And is that really a flip price? I know Trek 520's are nice, but its older and has no bar ends. Looks like it is being sold by a flipper anyway.
Now if it was a Centurion ProTour 15.. . .

It's not a bad price but not great. Its the sport touring 520. No canti's, no bar ends, short chainstays. It's worth the asking price, but thats it.
At that price I would buy it to ride, at least until Spring since it looks big enough for me.:)
It would be $300 in SoCal when the market heats up, maybe more with bar end shifters. I sold a 420 for that much a couple of years ago. It did come with fenders as well as a rack.

It's a very good price.
Probably $250 in this market ( contingent on condition. ).
That's Reynolds 501, Pretty decent Suntour ARX, US-made, desirable smaller frame. - And don't forget it's a triple!
