Greetings all,
I was out riding the other day, when the temps were in the high 20's. I was warm everywhere but on my hands. I purchased a pair of wind resistant winter gloves at Sports Authority, but my hands still got very cold. I have a pair of large riding gloves that are pretty warm, but I can't feel the inside shifter lever to shift down (Dura Ace) and I'm afraid that I'm going to break the levers.

I would welcome any suggestions! Thanks!

I have been using some neoprene gloves, ask at the sporting goods store about the ice fishing gloves. They have been good for me at 20-35F then my hands sweat too much. Pretty cheap, about 10 bucks.

I have these, too. They're very nice.

Bought barmitts this year, still haven't put them on permanently because 30F is way too warm for them.

Most years I've used layers of wool gloves most of the winter, and then heavy ski gloves / lobster mitts for really bad nights, but it's never really been enough.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you all. Thanks for the recommendations! I had never heard of barmitts before, but after reviewing their website, they look like a great option for really cold days. I also like the diving glove idea. I try to purchase a pair of these for this weekend's ride!
