no none of those look correct. according to my old shimano parts catalog pinch needs a set of # 87D 9810 white or 87D 9811 black they are interchangeable with the BL-6401 Ultegra levers. they are usable but differ in finish. the 6401 are the 'tri color' but not the short reach ones.
PS when you find them get me a pair too
Sorry to hijack this thread, but does anyone know how the generic LooseScrews Nuovo Record hoods work out on the levers?

I am in the same boat and I learned something too. Okay, I had the hoods replaced on two of my vintage bikes..Each time, they came back with a bad fit. :( The LBS swapped out on one bike and put on some hoods that fit. However, on the second bike, I am not going to shoot crap and hope I get a pair of hoods that fit, I went and purchased a used set of levers with the HOODS. That way, I am sure of getting a smooth good looking fit. That fit is important to me..;)
Here are the sweet used ones I purchased.. And the fit is guranteed...;) They are going on my 85 Raleigh Prestige..

Generic hoods won't be a precise fit. Shimano's have that rigid plastic border that interferes with the non-Shimano hoods. I just tried pulling on a Nashbar generic hood over an Exage lever. I may need to trim it with an X-acto knife to get better seating.

Bad, if you use the Schmidt/Dobbins bar wrap method; the new hoods don't sit deep enough on the lever body.

I cannot stand that sloppy fitting hoods, and/or even when the levers not line up. :(
So from now on, when I need hoods and or levers, I going for the whole hood/lever assemblies.
