Ok so my 3 yr old is riding with me and my wife at times on a Gary Fisher Freeloader (trailer bike) and twice now has gotten chaffed (sp). Of course he doesn't have biking shorts at 3 yrs old, any suggestions? FWIW he is potty trained so no daiper in play here.

Thanks

Time to buy him some bike shorts and use some chamios cream. Kucharik and Performance market shorts for that size.

I'd like to think that there are bike shorts available that size, but the Performance child small size fits my 10 year old daughter...she's a skinny mini, but I don't think that she's as small as your average 3 year old. Maybe some shorts without underwear? I think the underwear is the biggest problem, so take them out and powder up, or use the cream.

Well my sone isn't your avg 3 year old so maybe they will work. He is 3.5' tall and 42 Lbs. I will order some and try them out. I wouldn't have thought they made them this small.

Well just checked and measured his size. He has a 20" waist (over clothes so a little smaller) so I am not even sure he needs the smallest size but I would bet they will be pretty baggy in the legs. Thanks for the info.
