I have a 94 Giant Yukon with a rear wheel that I put a flat spot on hoping onto an unusually high curb. I found a wheel-set on CL that I think will work, but I'm not sure about the hubs. The bike currently has an 8sp hub with a spacer and 7 gears and shifts great. If this hub will accept that gear-set/spacer then I think it's a good upgrade/deal. The other concern being the front through axle hub. I know nothing about these and didn't find much in my search here for using one on a bike designed for regular quick release hubs. Is there a way to work around it? Anyone know if it will work and have an opinion of if it is a good deal or not?
This is the wheel-set. I already emailed the guy just in case...

Here's my bike, if that helps.
