Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. I do not know who made the bicycle but I do wish that one like it, in my size, makes it to my place;-) Nice bicycle.

Nice looking frame!
My guess is Italian
Nice looking seat cluster and internal cable routing. Love the chrome work too.
My (uneducated guess) is this was built by an Italian framebuilder and painted up for a team or housebrand somewhere.
I googled Nortelle, but found nothing other than Nortel phone/software references

I found this-
http://cgi.ebay.com/80s-Race-Bike-Road-Ace-Columbus-MS-Multishape-54-cm-/180589538323?pt=Road_Bikes&hash=item2a0bf9ac13
The page I first saw it on didn't have all the info.
At first I thought the price was for the complete bike, but that is a bit more.
Dang, I sure find that frame interesting.

I was looking at that auction as well as it's in my size. That columbus tube set seems pretty rare. I did a lot of googling for the bike and sponsor and only found references in spanish, so I assumed it was from a team in Spain. Try searching for "Nortel-Le" and "Nortelle" but not "Nortel LE" as you just get craploads of stuff about the network company

The description of this item is super misleading because the guy says is selling the bike and giving you free shipping, then you must add like 350 bucks to get the components. I would not even bid to it, the guy basically wants to take advantage of the misleading information he is posting in the description (the bike was put again at ebay)
The bike was made in Valencia spain from what some Spaniard friends told me...
