2011 trek madone 5.2 seat mast problem
The seat angle adjustment requires the movement of a metal insert which holds the seat clamps will not move. If you can not move this metal fixture embeded into the carbon fiber you can not change the angle ...... What gives ? I can figure this one out!

We see this one a lot after the clamp has been properly torqued. Completely remove the bolt, spring, and metal clamps from the post. Use a small punch, and gently tap the inner clamp pieces out of the post from the inside. Replace all parts, adjust, and re-torque. You can try a very thin film of grease on the carbon to prevent this in the future, but the clamp may slip. Happy riding.

Thanks you very much. I think this one is for the bike shop bike is new and I do not have the ..... To hit it with a hammer and a punch. So changing the seat angle is big deal or PIA......weird
I cannt believe it the adds say infinitely ajustable ..... So no road side adjustments?
