I'll be there. Even if you are a little rusty with bicycle mechanics, come out, help and learn how to fix a bike.
From the Dorba site:
As the holiday season draws near, many of us may not have as much in the wallet to share this time around - but fear not!
You can do something just as valuable this year by donating a little of your time and some of those bike mechanic skills to help put donated bikes back in working order and under the tree for a few needy kids this year. Here are two places that you can donate your time, tools, and effort for some bicycle holiday cheer:
Dallas (Plano Rd /635 Spokes for Folks (via Pam Jackson): http://www.dorba2.com/event/2010/spokes-folks-wrench-day
And for the mid-cities folks (via Dennis Welpe):

These work sessions are a lot of fun - just bring all your tools, cleaning supplies and lube. Most of the bikes just need minor stuff and Pam supplies all the spare parts you might need. Meet new friends and work on bikes, what could be better than that?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
