286.80. I'm up 1.4 pounds.
I'm pretty sure this is from too much salty food this weekend. That, plus six pounds loss over the two previous weeks leads me to suspect water has something to do with it. It didn't help my only exercise this week was a short walk and a 5k Sunday.
Highest weight: 304.5 on 5/17/04
Skip ahead though multiple losses and gains to this April when I got serious:

11/20 - 214.5
11/27 - 213.5
12/04 - 211.5
12/11 - 208
I don't know how much of the last 2 weeks' loss is due to the change to WW new system, and how much is the increased gym activity, but I've surprised myself lately. This week was a big one for me - as I posted in another thread, I'm now officially "overweight" instead of "obese," according to BMI charts.

I weighed in at 186 on Saturday. I may be retaining water from two back-to-back days of weight training. I expect to see a slight drop tomorrow.

Not so good, but I know why. I have been so "off" lately. The weather is really affecting me, as is my home/family life. I know - excuses, excuses... I just need to get my head clear and get back on track. I know I can do it. I just need to work through a few things first.
Water, Sayre, water. 1.2 pounds is nothing.

It's good to read that, John423.
I'm officially putting a "we'll see" on this prediction - last couple of days have been backslidy as all get out. I'll blame the weather instead of myself, that sounds good.

One person has confidence in me. Thanks, Neil.
Just down. This may not be the week. I don't think it's gonna be epically awful, but not necessarily good, either. I think I got another point to make that might be better made in another thread.
Neil's not the only one with confidence in you, John. I know you can do it.

I should have used the stronger word. Yeah, John, what he said. :-)

Thanks Craig.
Congrats on getting below 212! Congrats on being overweight! It's been a couple of exciting weeks for you.
I was just looking the other day at where I need to be to "overweight". Not 2 days later, you made your post. I'm looking forward to joining you in the overweight category.
I'm looking forward to your 100 lbs. lost thread.
