I have a couple older steel road bikes but never have ridden mountain bikes at all. Over the last couple months I decided I wanted to try it and last week I found this bike for sale and bought it. What do you think?

Original Cr-Mo frame of course with Suspension fork replaced with Ritchey Tange Prestige; Moots Ti handlebar with Specialized Ti stem; XTR crank, BB, 8 speed cassette, FD, front hub; SRAM 9.0 RD and shifters, Mavic rims, Pauls brake levers, Time Titan carbon pedals. Only weighs about 24 lbs.

I also have an older Manitou FS fork that I have rebuild kit for - thinking of trying that out as well.
