Does in one usae the Pearl Izume leg and arm warmers?

Just bought Pearl's knee warmers and I love them, but I understand that was not your question...

Thanks for the input... I am looking at picking some up.

I lookeds at the Pearls as well as the Performance house brand. The difference I found is that the pearls had a fleece lining while the performance ones were just spandex.

I like my warmers from Voler. I currently have knee warmers from them, and have ordered arm warmers.

I have the PI arm warmers and they've been great so far - I was thinking of getting some Knee Warmers as well since they're on sale at REI at the moment.

I have both the Pearl Isumis and ones made by Nashbar. Nashbar's are similar to Performance.

I've found the Pearls to be more flexible and the fleece liner more comfortable and breathable. For the Nashbars to stay on, they have to be tight, so I find them a bit more restrictive of movement.

Both are useable and both keep me warm. But when I reach into the drawer and I have a choice, I take the pearls over the Nashbar product.

I work for REI, all PI "warmer related" stuff is on sale until 10/17/04. I just picked up my PI arm warmers for 18.99 (originally 24.99) and knee warmers for 24.99 (originally 34.99).

I have the arm warmers from Pearl Izumi, they are nice, but a bit pricey for a tube of fabric, essentially. I couldn't stomach paying 35 bucks for knee warmers, so i bought the performance ones. admittedly, not as nice, but money doesn't grow on trees, right?

The pearl arm warmers are pretty nice, very warm. a good combo for 50-60 degrees, I've found, is a jersey , wind vest and the arm warmers. just a suggestion.

I bought my PI's on sale for about $25. I have several pair of Performance shorts - great value, but there is a difference in quality - ie - stitching is not as good etc.

I'm not plugging the stores, just sharing My Thrifty shopping research.

Sugoi Sub Zero arm and leg warmers. Fleece lined and stay in place. Good for 5 - 15 degrees celcius. Anything less and I need a second layer on my arms.

I do use the PI Am-Fib shoe covers which are essential for me. I hate cold feet and shoes seem to all be deigned for hot summer days.

I swear by my leg warmers. They are Adidas, not Pear Isuzu.

I have both Pearl Izumi leg warmers and knee warmers and like them very much. I use the leg warmer on my right leg and my knee warmer on my left leg. I am a left below the knee amputee so I don’t have to keep my prosthesis warm. An important tip in keeping them from slipping down is to put them on under your bike shorts. I used to have to pin mine up till I learned that proper procedure.

I have Pearl Izumi arm warmers, and some other make leg warmers. The arm warmers from Pearl Izumi are great, they are lasting for a long time with tones of washes and no sign of wear.

I am 6'2" 195 and bought large in both. Length is fine, I thought XL would be a bit on the wide side for both. Generally I buy an XL jersey though, as much for the shoulder size as anything else. For leg and arm warmers I guess it comes down to relatively how thick your arms and legs are.

Ideally go somewhere where you can try them on I suppose.
