I gotta have back brakes .... and gotta be able to spin my bars.
I think Gyros rock. They easily work as well as no Gyro once you have it set up properly. It takes a LONG time to set it up right though, but once it is there, it is there for a long time.

yeah, cuz i was on this other bike forum, and all the pics they post have like no gyro systems, just long brake cables. speaking on the subject, is there any way to replace taht second cable coming from the gyro, cuz my actual cable is too short (choped it off) without buyin another whole cable thingy

I swear by gyros! Do you mean the lower cable that comes frome the gyro to the brakes? if so do you run a dual cable set up or a cable spliter? Also which part of the cable is too short? :)

I'm running a Odyssey GTX-R with a Hoffman lower plate on my S&M right now. It works just as good as when I had a Odyssey Linear cable only.
edit: The difference is that Brian Scura, the owner of SST, would sell out his own mother to make a profit. Buy an Odyssey or - if McGoo compells you to for God-only-knows what reason - a Snafu.

never mind, i just picked up whatever cables i had lying around and put some stuff together and got front and rear brakes to work perfectly, beside the fact that their caliper brakes, but, yea, i ditched the whole gyro system.....
