I'm really interested in purchasing one of these bikes. Is the extra $60 for the Trek 7300FX worth it or should I just save my money and settle with the 7200FX? Thanks.

If you can afford it, I'd say yes. Most components will be just a little bit better and perhaps a little bit stronger. I think the 7200FX has a suspension seatpost, while the 7300FX does not. At that price point, I'd strongly suggest against a suspension seatpost.

Just make sure you've left enough budget for the accesories you'll need, if you don't own them already - helmet, gloves, tire pump, spare tubes, patch kit, water bottle cage, cycling shorts etc.

In the long run, would those better components on the 7300FX be worth it? Thanks again.
