I'd like to buy two 16" cheap (less than $100 total) front wheels for a bike trailer project. Where can I buy them?

I'd prefer wheels with the narrow 74 mm OLD hubs that Dahons or Bromptons use, but I can't find them for sale anywhere online. Please help.

Even better: are there any decent quality 12" inch wheels? I mean not just crap Walmart kid's bike wheels.

305 and 349 are both a size of 16" wheel ..
Dahon may be more likely using the former , ISO is Bead seat diameter ,
[so bigger rim and thinner tire comes out similar OD].

Jogging strollers and bike trailers for kids use the smaller rims.

Try here: http://www.bikerev.com/pg1.cfm

These are actual 12" trailer wheels, and if they come as they do on their trailers, they will have Big Apple tires on them.
