There are many different sealants for tube tires and many people make their own sealants . Is anyone here using a sealant and if so, what brand and are you happy with the results ?

I've used different ones...
SLIME has proven in my own experience to be the absolute best!
My last tube to be replaced after installing slime, was after NINE punctures.
I run slime in all my tubes.
(I have large tube tires and small tube tires.. I use two different slime products for the two tires).

Ditto the recommendation for Slime. My bike came with it in the rear time but not the front (unbeknown to me - I thought it was in both). Over three months I had to keep topping the front off with air as it started leaking until it one day just wouldn't hold air any more. I took it off and found 4 separate punctures (and no Slime). The rear tire has given me no trouble at all. One thing is you need to avoid getting Slime in your pump and the valve - when adding/removing air, rotate the tire so the valve is on the top side..
