Nbd but I'm new still sort of new to racing and I didn't know that USAcycling closed December 23-31. Well I have a race this Saturday but I don't have my license...or approval to ride. Since I'm a junior I mailed my waivers on December 20, but I guess holiday mail slowed it down, so they weren't able to receive it before they closed. I'm going to try calling them tomorrow as a last resort.

So, If I'm not mistaken, I need to get a one-day license...which means the results won't go to my official results (because my official license only has 3 races so I want to feed it results).

If I bring the waivers to the race and the receipt that I purchased a license online, do you think the promoters (which is actually my team) will let me race with my USAcycling license?

i have to point out the obvious answer that if your team is promoting the event it should be pretty easy to ask them what you should do.

You can try - going to be a tough one though as you are a junior. Don't worry about the results they will build.

The USAcycling results aren't used for upgrades. Just keep a race diary with the race, field size, and your place. Send that in to the district rep for upgrades. So it doesn't make a difference that you're on a 1-day license.

Good luck in the race!
