I recently bought some new SR XCR RL forks with a 15mm Q-Loc axle. The only problem is i don't know what wheels I need for them. I've tried google and can't find anything telling about it. I really need to replace my current forks, so PLEASE PLEASE help me.

You just need any wheel that requires a 15mm axle. But you should have just bought a fork that requires a normal axle so you could reuse your front wheel.

And what if I don't want to have to a new set. What can I do?

What fork were you using before? Unfortunately, you may not notice much of a difference, if any difference, going from your current fork to the XCR. What you need to pick up is a new front wheel with a hub that accepts the 15mm axle. A better idea is to return the XCR and pick up something like this: http://www.jensonusa.com/store/product/FK268A22-Rockshox+Tora+Tk+Coil+Fork+100+Mm+10.aspx That'll work a lot better than the XCR and it has a 9mm QR, which is most likely what you have on your bike now (correct me if I'm wrong and we should be looking for a 20TA or something).

What fork were you using before?

I have upgraded from a set of XCM. The preload broke and the dustseals were severely worn. If I upgraded to a wheel with a 15mm axle, would it still need bearings? And what about the nuts that go on a standard axle, because without them it would mean the wheel wouldn't be secured properly.

New bearings are the only thing you absolutely need to use your new fork...the bearing is the part of the wheel that the axle actually goes through. But it would likely end up costing just as much to buy a new bearing & have your current wheel relaced to it as it would to buy a new wheel. I'm with Zephyr though...it will most likely be a lot of trouble for a difference you won't even notice unless your competing with this bike. If you can, return the fork & get another one of equal value with a 9mm QR.
