I read a few things about CycleFest in West Palm Beach, FL online a couple of months ago. It seemed like it was supposed to be a mega weekend bicycling extravaganza palooza at the fancy new park, but I can't find any new info on it.

Does it exist? Was it one of those wishful thinking events? I thought it was scheduled for late February but I can't find ANY info on it. Anyone know if it's DOA? MIA? TBD?

Well thanks for 53 people viewing the thread. Right about the time I was posting this yesterday, they updated their facebook page finally.

"Due to the extremely high cost of presenting a 3 day weekend of bicycling in Downtown West Palm Beach and the lateness of stating to get organized, It is imposssible to get the needed sponsors at this late date, so we are cancelling the event for February 2011. If there is some real supports interested in doing it again, we will be most happy to be a part of it as long asthere is enough time to put it all together."
