Hi all, I've been a daily commuter for little over 6 months in San Diego, 650+ miles last year.
My blk Giant Seek 3 has been a great commuter. I might be the only SoCal commuter with fenders :) only rains 40days a year, but I love the SKS alley cat fenders. Also swear by my Magicshine LED light and On-One-Mary bars.
I ride the Carlsbad area at lunch some times, so if you looking for riding buddy let me know.
I like the look of the bikeforums.com site, and hope it can help me find some advice on my next set of tires that will help prevent flats (4 flats in the last month). A coworker suggested Specialized Armadillo (sp?) so I need to do some research.
