Has this been started yet?
I used to be able to just snap on the diet switch but know it seems like the switch has become a dimmer and I'm slowly turning it on and off willy nilly.

I had a hot dog for lunch. And a cookie.
I exceed at diet failing.
Pizza joint tonight with the kids.
In the past two weeks..
My favorite pasta joint closed.
The only hot dog place in town, which I rarely visit but still get to ~4 times a year and consider a treat, announced they're closing next week.

I've been fighting a lot of 'things' lately and I cover them up like a woman.
I know I need to start thinking about getting this polar bear layer off of me but I can't !!!
We went out to a salad place this week. I had a spinach salad with tri-tip on top, easy on the dressing. So far so good. But the kids get chicken strips and fries and mac'n'cheese. So far not so good.
Why do I feel the need to finish off their leftovers?

Failing at failing. Food logging has my diet going in the good direction. Only 1kg off summer weight, and 3kg off a good racing weight.

4 double dead guys, 2 three quarter pound bacon cheddar stuffed burgers, modest amount of potatoes, and I'll stop at the gluttonous dessert. I'm working to get up to a reasonable weight after a low cal holiday season. Funeral foods are not usually all that pleasing and my everclear Christmas dinner remains lost to memory but low cal as well.

I had to work this Chrismas eve. New job, no vacation. After lunch, I picked up 6 Krispy Kreme donuts from a store less than one block from our building. I had eaten all six by the time I got back to the parking deck. I regretted it for the next 3 hours.
