So yesterday, on a 2 hr ride with some 15 minute intervals, my aerobic decoupling came out to be 8.99%

I rode again today for a bit over 4 hours (finishing off about 16.5 hours this week) and my aerobic decoupling was -1.55%

What are these numbers telling me?

start here (http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php/488667-Just-started-training-with-Power-Post-your-questions-comments-here!?p=11269154&viewfull=1#post11269154).

PS. the search function is quite helpful. It sleuthed out my post regarding it as well as the posts that came before me.

Do this: Advanced Search, Enter keyword. At the bottom, select "show results as posts."

Pretty useless data unless you are doing a steady state effort. It shows the relationship between HR and power. In a steady state effort a high (relative) decoupling would indicate fatigue or dehydration among other things.
